A flair for home design

The third annual Designer Showhouse of Westchester benefiting Cerebral Palsy of Westchester will open its doors next month.

More than 25 designers and decorative artists will transform a 1915 mansion in Scarsdale into a showcase of style.

The event, which kicks off May 1 with a 6 p.m. gala preview cocktail party, will run from May 2 through June 9 at 2 Cooper Road.

Showhouse hours vary, Tuesdays through Sundays. Admission is $30, which includes a journal. Gala tickets are $125.

For further details, call (914) 937-3800, ext. 353 or 209 or visit cpwestchester.org/designerevent.htm.
