    Introduced to yoga three years ago at the suggestion of my wife, Dr. Patty Ann, I met Peggy. Now I cannot imagine a week going by without practicing
    yoga with Peggy at least two or three times. Her energy, enthusiasm and music combined with a vigorous yoga practice get you in shape mentally and physically.
