Peter C. Sutton, executive director of the Bruce Museum in Greenwich, and Liz Wooster, its director of development, pose before the entrance to the museum’s timely new show “The Olympic Games: Art, Culture & Sport” (through Sept. 2). Attendance is up at the museum 52 percent and should soar higher with this revelatory interactive, interdisciplinary show, which has a hands-on science and sport component for the kiddies, lots of stats for the guys and plenty of aesthetic male nudes (including prestigious loans from The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Philadelphia Museum of Art) for us ladies. As Robin Garr, the museum’s director of education, noted during a recent tour: “There’s lots of eye candy for the girls.” Read more about the show in July’s WAG.
