Into the (culinary) swim at the Castle Hotel & Spa

The Castle Hotel & Spa – a luxurious getaway right in WAG’s own backyard — is hosting its second annual “Poolside Summer Pairing Series” at Equus restaurant. Enjoy tastings of an eclectic group of wines, spirits and scrumptious food, along with a magical poolside ambience mere feet from the Hudson with a magisterial castle as your backdrop.

The remaining schedule is as follows:

 

July 23 – Napa Valley Shoot Out, featuring Cakebread Cellars and Sequoia Grove Winery

July 30 – Moët and Chandon

Aug. 6 – French Bistro Night, featuring the wine of Louis Jadot

Aug. 13 – Mixology Night, featuring Tigre Blanc Vodka, Langley’s Gin, Don Pancho Rum

Aug. 20 — A night that sparkles, featuring Champagne Taittinger and Domaine

 

The pairing series takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Castle (400 Benedict Ave., Tarrytown). Event prices start at $68 per person. Private VIP space is available, in addition to discounted hotel packages.
