- When we saw the new Monte Carlo collection from Rosanna Inc., we knew just the guys it would appeal to. - Those in search of a seasonal sip (that would be fitting any time of the year, come to think of it) might want to check out Usquaebach, a Scotch whisky based on the heritage, history and tradition of the Scottish Highlands. Usquaebach 15 Year Old ‘Pure’ Malt Scotch Whisky ($80 for 750mL) is matured for at least 15 years in European oak and sherry casks, offering a “dark, leathery color and nose full of stewed fruits and nutmeg” for discerning connoisseurs around the world. And the name? Usquaebach (pronounced “oos-ke-bah”) is derived from the ancient Gaelic phrase meaning “the water of life.” Cheers!
