This year, Joe and Ali Torre will hold their Safe at Home Foundation’s annual golf fundraiser on July 17 at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. New this year – tennis, everyone. Expect to see stars from broadcasting and sports, including many of the Yankees whom Joe managed on those memorable ’90s teams. Working with schools in the metro area and Los Angeles, Safe at Home provides children who are victims of or at risk for domestic violence with a program, trained professionals and a dedicated space to help them address this issue.
