In just a month, Valentine’s Day will sweep Cupid-struck citizens of the nation with love, lust,and lots of chocolate. But what about the date-less? Or those who simply disavow the commercialization of an ancient martyr (or two) fuzzily associated with courtly love? WAG’s February issue has something for everyone – with shows of elegant lingerie to females finding empowerment, as I discovered, through the revival art of neo-burlesque.
