A snack that’s a Snap

We have a confession to make: We hate Harvest Snaps. And why do we hate them? Because we can’t stop eating them.

We have a confession to make: We hate Harvest Snaps. And why do we hate them? Because we can’t stop eating them.

Made with green peas, black beans or red lentils as the primary ingredients, these plant-based, baked (never fried) snacks serve as a crunchy topper for classics like Caprese bites and deviled eggs. They can also be used to make a better-for-you breading for fried finger foods like mac and cheese balls.

They’re also delicious with dips or added to a cheese platter. Delivering protein and fiber in every serving, the veggie-first crisps are gluten-free and free of artificial flavors, cholesterol and the common allergens – soy, nuts, peanuts, wheat and eggs. Flavors range from classics like Lightly Salted to combos like Tomato Basil and Mango Chile Lime.

Our staff tried a variety of the Snaps and while one taste-tester wanted more zip and zing from the zesty flavors, the bags were empty by the end of the day, with Yours Truly as chief culprit.

As we said, simply irresistible.
