Artistry in Tarrytown once more

Crafts at Lyndhurst will again fill the grounds of the Tarrytown mansion with unique handmade items.

The next edition of Crafts at Lyndhurst will be held Sept. 15-17, with the event once again bringing some 300-plus makers to the grounds of the Tarrytown historic site.

The artists and artisans will be showcasing unique handmade decorative and functional art, including jewelry, glass, woodwork, leathers, ceramics, wearable fibers and more.

The event will also include children’s entertainment, craft demonstrations and gourmet foods. Discounted tour tickets of the National Trust for Historic Preservation site will be available with craft-show admission.

Fall Crafts at Lyndhurst opens each day at 10 a.m. and runs to 5 p.m. Sept. 15 and 17 and to 6 p.m. Sept. 16. Lyndhurst is at 635 S. Broadway.

Of note, show producer Artrider Productions has also announced that Crafts at Purchase will return to The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College Oct. 28 and 29.
