Just when we need a little mood-lifter, Bloomingdale’s, with stores in White Plains and Norwalk, has announced its spring trends, and it’s no surprise that No. 1 is head-to-toe brights. (Indeed, bright colors dominate Charlotte Coote’s luscious new home design book “Color Is Home,” out from Thames & Hudson May 3, as well.)
