Daniel Greene, a homecoming celebration

Longtime Westchester-based painter Daniel Greene, profiled in WAG back in 2015, will be celebrated with a retrospective opening May 13 in Ohio.

WAG introduced artist Daniel Greene to our readers with a 2015 profile.
The noted North Salem-based painter has stayed in touch since, sharing his latest news.

“Daniel Greene: Retrospective” will open Sunday, May 13 with a reception from 1 to 3 p.m. and continue through July 15 at The Butler Institute of American Art’s Trumbull branch, at 9350 E. Market St. in Howland Township, Ohio.

Ohio? Yes, Greene was raised in Cincinnati, so it makes for a lovely connection – and any WAG art lovers on the road will surely want to make a visit.
