Designed for the TV set

The furniture of Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, which has a signature store in Greenwich, is once again having a moment in the spotlight.

WAG profiled the company and its founders back in 2014, when the firm’s 25th anniversary celebration brought both Gold and Williams to the local showroom.

We’ve followed their story since, and now share their latest news – Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams furnishings are featured on “The Good Fight,” the CBS network spinoff of “The Good Wife.”

It’s a most natural progression, as the company worked with the original show and had its furniture and accessories appearing on the sets throughout all of its nine seasons. It also created the first licensed furniture collection between a furniture company and a major network.

In this latest venture, Gold and Williams again team up with set decorator Beth Kushnick to furnish the sets. Check out an episode to glimpse designs such as the Duke chair or Major loveseat.
