Eureka… it’s a healthy tea

Tea is a year-round pleasure but it’s especially enjoyable during the cooler months.

We at WAG are a tea-loving group, so we were more than happy to hear about a product that’s said to provide “the luxury of authentic taste with rewarding healthy benefits.”

That’s the premise of Springfield North America Inc.’s Eureka Tea Series, which features a handful of natural flavors capped by “the sweet taste of SPR-FIELD’s 100 percent naturally grown monk fruit.”

Press materials tell us that, “Some say extracted compounds found in monk fruit, called mogrosides, provide the sweet taste of sugar without any of the calories. The fruit is also rich in vitamin C, which is generally known to support a balanced immune system, helping fight illnesses. Unlike most sweetened, processed products that lead to weight gain, high blood pressure and heart disease, SPR-FIELD products help stimulate overall health and wellness.”

The tea options include rose, chamomile, orange peels and cinnamon and Earl Grey, among others such as our samples of green tea, peppermint and hibiscus orange.

Though we usually prefer our tea without sugar, the brand indeed offers a delicate sweetness that just might be your… cup of tea.
