The Westchester in White Plains kicks off the Columbus Day holiday in style Oct. 12 with an afternoon of free fashion-themed programming – designed to give fashionistas an inside look at fall trends.
The Westchester is teaming up with Glamour and GQ magazines for “LOOKBOOK Live,” an Omni-Channel Fall Fashion Experience.
The afternoon (1-5 p.m.) will feature a Live Lounge, a dedicated fashion space with his-and-hers style consultations and grooming stations, a selfie station, on-trend product displays and more. There will also be a number of different stage events, including panel forums, trend presentations and styling challenges hosted by experts.
No doubt a highlight will be the “#foundatsimon Challenge,” where style aficionados will be selected to compete in an exclusive challenge. After a special mentoring session, they will be turned loose in the shopping center with Simon gift cards to shop for and then style their ultimate fall looks, to be unveiled at the closing of the event.
