If it’s late summer, then it’s time once again for the stream of tempting crafts fairs that grace this season and autumn. First up, Garrison Art Center’s Riverside Crafts Fair this Saturday and Sunday (Aug. 20 and 21), featuring 75 pop-up shops and a food court (to help you keep up your strength for heavy-duty shopping). The center is on Garrison Landing overlooking the Hudson River, adjacent to Metro-North’s Hudson Line and there’s plenty of free parking. The $8 admission supports arts education.
