Looking at Looking East

New restaurant in Armonk is ‘Looking East’

Just in time for the holiday season, a new restaurant has opened in Armonk.

Looking East (402 Main St., #5) serves a seasonal-contemporary menu with an emphasis on locally and sustainably sourced seafood, produce and beef.

Driven by their passion for creating exquisite foods, chefs Matthew Walker and David Fierstein have curated this restaurant with care. Their dishes are inspired by their location on the East Coast, taking advantage of their proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and blending local flavors with those of the sea to optimize a culinary experience. Delicacy seafood specials are traceably sourced and line-caught or spearfished by Capt. Lucas Ponzoa off the Florida Keys.

Bar manager and lead mixologist Drew Baird joins the chefs in their efforts to craft an unforgettable experience by creating cocktails with complex flavors. Fall cocktail highlights include Montauk Old Fashion, Lavender Mule, Paper Plane, Pear Thyme Gin, Cucumber Mezcal Spicy Margarita and East Rock.

The restaurant is open for lunch 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, dinner 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and brunch 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sundays. For reservations and more, call 914-219-5911 or visit at lookingeastrestaurant.com
