Actress Glenn Close at the premiere of “Guardians of the Galaxy” at The El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on July 21, 2014

Glenn Close certainly “won’t be ignored” – to borrow from one of her more famous lines, in “Fatal Attraction,” – when she appears at The Harvey School in Katonah Sunday, Jan. 24.

The Greenwich-born actress – acclaimed for her roles on stage (“Sunset Boulevard”) and screens big (“The Natural”) and small (“A Lion in Winter”) will be interviewed by theater critic Pat Collins at The Harvey’s Walker Center for the Arts as part of “The Harvey Presents” series.

Recently, Close completed filming “What Happened to Monday?,” a sci-fi thriller starring Noomi Rapace. In the spring, she’ll reprise her Tony Award-winning role as Norma Desmond in a concert version of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Sunset Boulevard” with the English National Orchestra in London.

The Harvey program begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $45; $60 for the meet-and-greet and photo op. The school is at 260 Jay St. For more, visit harveyschool.org and click on to Glenn Close under Announcements or call 914-232-3161, ext. 161. – Georgette Gouveia
