Fashion basics

Us magazine editor-at-large Corinna Williams and freelance creative director Nina Zywietz love to shop. But as they acknowledge in their new book, “For the Love of Style” (teNeues Publishing Group, $55, 218 pages), “Sometimes … that’s not as easy as it sounds.” Their blush-colored book, a kind of fashionista’s paradise, is designed to make shopping easier by identifying the key icons, designers, rising stars and designer-selected must-haves in nine different styles (plus a “House of” section that looks at Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent and Balenciaga). Herein we give you a taste of “For the Love of Style’s” nine lives.
