Our February issue included a profile of Geoffrey Walsky, spotlighting his passion for design.
We first met with him at the Fairfield Co. Antique & Design Center in Norwalk – a multi-dealer treasure trove that also houses a showroom for his Iconic Modern Home. We caught up with him again at Iconic Modern’s Greenwich satellite on West Putnam Avenue.
In the story, we not only talked about his love of antiques and interior design but about his experience in luxury staging, including work on properties featured on the real-estate reality show “Million Dollar Listing.”
Well, it was that aspect of his business that led to Walsky’s recent appearance on NBC’s “Today” show.
The segment, “Secrets to Staging Your Home,” featured Walsky both in the studio and in the taped segment, along with Ryan Serhant of “Million Dollar Listing.”
It’s entertaining, full of useful tips – and yes, a bit exciting to see Walsky reach a national audience.
