Miguel Flores-Vianna’s ‘Wandering Eye’

A reception for Miguel Flores-Vianna’s new book at Creel and Gow this evening.

Here’s a challenge for all you smart-phone lovers – create a book made up of 250 photographs, taken in 14 countries on five continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas), using only (you know what’s coming) your smart phone.

This is precisely what peripatetic Argentine bibliophile Miguel Flores-Vianna has done with “A Wandering Eye: Travels With My Phone” (Vendome). Flores-Vianna will be signing copies at Creel and Gow tonight, Sept. 24, from 5:30 to 8:30.

If the name Creel and Gow sounds familiar to WAG readers that may be because of Mary Shustack’s excellent June 2018 profile of Greenwich-born Jamie Creel and his “singular home décor gallery” in Manhattan.

Enjoy her story again here.

Creel and Gow is at 131 E. 70thSt. in Manhattan. For more, call 212-327-4281 or visit CreelandGow.com.
