If you’re fretting over where to bring your beloved companion during the holidays, worry no more, because Spot On Veterinary Hospital & Hotel has all the bells and whistles (or balls and catnip) your dog or cat could need.

The 16,000-square-foot facility, which recently opened in Stamford, includes a veterinary hospital with an alternative medicine center, an all-suite pet hotel, doggie day care, grooming spa and salon, training academy and pet chauffeur, with a pet adoption center in the works.

The comfortable environment offers impressive amenities for pets – and a stress-free experience for their ’rents. The hotel, for instance, accommodates pets of all sizes, in junior suites – which house breeds 50 pounds and under – and 75-square-foot penthouse suites. The penthouse suites include full-sized toddler beds with plush bedding, chandeliers, 40-inch flat screen televisions with animal programming and a personal webcam to check in on your pet. All hotel stays include three outings per day, continuous fresh water, breakfast and dinner service, premium bedding and maid and linen service, soothing music and television, as well as supervision by trained veterinary professionals. The penthouse suites offer such upgrades as an hour of group play or a private play date and choice of a dog massage or bedtime tuck-in/story time each evening. Unique upgrades include an in-suite dog cam, personal training, a ride to Starbucks for a “Pupaccino,” a birthday party, a frozen Kong with peanut butter, medication administrations, pick-ups and drop-offs and more.
