Sip and SHRED

We have featured Dr. Ian Smith, the Danbury-born author of the best-selling “SHRED” lifestyle books, in WAG several times. The most recent mention was back in May’s “Chic Choices” column, where Smith’s popcorn, “SHRED Pop,” was spotlighted as a healthy (and tasty) snacking choice. This week, we’re happy to share some of the doctor’s recipes for fat-fighting smoothies — perfect timing for these steamy days. The guilt-free treats all come in at less than 200 calories, satisfy the sweet tooth and help with your weight-loss goals. Get those blenders cranking.
