For Hillary Clinton, “the sun has come out.”
The former secretary of state – and Democratic presidential nominee – joined her husband, former President Bill Clinton, at the Westchester Broadway Theatre’s production of “Annie” July 28.
The Chappaqua couple saw the musical and took time to meet chef Alexandra Sampaio and compliment her on the dinner.
Bill Clinton was not the only American president in the house. Fans of the musical will recall that Annie meets Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the course of her quest for a happy home.
“Annie” continues through Sept. 10. It will be followed by another Annie, as in “Annie Get Your Gun” (Sept. 14-Nov. 26).
