When all the world is Irish

Friday, March 17 marks one of our favorite holidays – St. Patrick’s Day, a time for corned beef, cabbage, a pint of Guinness (or two), a touch of emerald, smiling eyes and the lively, wistful music that has defined the Irish.

To that end, the group Danú performs at Purchase College’s Performing Arts Center Saturday, March 18, at 8 p.m. They’ll bring to the Pepsico Theatre a blend of the old and the new sure to make their native County Waterford proud.
