Ethan Allen, the Danbury-based furniture and home fashion company, is encouraging its customers to embrace outdoor living.
And it’s suggesting plenty of ways to do just that.
WAG once spent an afternoon with Farooq Kathwari, http://www.wagmag.com/most-comfortable-surroundings/ the personable CEO of Ethan Allen. He not only spoke to us about his – and the company’s – history, but took us on quite the tour of the company headquarters and its flagship Design Center.
So it came as no surprise when the latest promotion – “Let’s take it outside!” – was filled with casual-yet-elegant options. After all, the focus of Ethan Allen, as we heard on that autumn afternoon in 2014, was to produce quality classics with a modern twist.
Suggestions, press materials share, are designed for “dining al fresco, gathering in a living room without walls or relaxing under a canopy of trees.”
The company is spotlighting its teak Millbrook collection, the resort-inspired Biscayne collection, the all-weather Willow Bay selections and the natural sophistication of the Lakehouse grouping.
