It’s the little things that count. With the holidays just around the corner, many of us are so focused on others that we forget about ourselves. There are a number of smaller treatments and procedures that are available that can fit into this season, and it seems appropriate to review some of them at this time. If recovery and downtime are critical concerns, the best approach to consider are the so-called lunchtime treatments, consisting of micropeels, relaxants and fillers. All are relatively fast treatments that do not require anesthesia, and we’ll review each in turn.
