For WAG’s May “Heating Up” issue, we took a spin at SoulCycle in Greenwich. At the time, we reported that plans were in the works for a SoulCycle at the Rye Ridge Shopping Center in Rye Brook.
Well, the time is just around the corner: SoulCycle Rye Ridge is set to open the first week of October with a 2,300-square-foot, 47-bike facility, making it the brand’s fourth location in suburban New York City and 20th studio nationwide.
For the uninitiated, SoulCycle combines power cycling, aerobics and yoga affirmations in a candlelit environment. At the Listening Bar, you can check out the various instructors’ playlists. There’s also a Polaroid Wall of teachers and clients and a SOUL boutique of the signature yellow and blue-gray apparel, plus men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers.
SoulCycle Rye Ridge will open at 21 Rye Ridge Plaza, just off the Cross Westchester Expressway and features ample parking. For more, visit soul-cycle.com or call (914) 713-1201.
