That we’ll be tailgating, so to speak, at Barnes and Noble’s new concept store in Eastchester Thursday, Sept. 7 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. as I celebrate the publication of my new novel, “The Penalty for Holding” (Less Than Three Press), about a gay, biracial quarterback’s search for identity in the NFL. It’s the second in my series, “The Games Men Play.” (The first, “Water Music” – about four gay athletes’ professional rivalries and personal relationships with one another – was published in 2014 by the Greenleaf Book Group.)
Join me for food, drinks, a few laughs, some provocative conversation and – oh, yes – a reading and book-signing. It’s not too late to RSVP, if you haven’t already, at info@thegamesmenplay.com.
