One of the highlights of past social seasons has returned, just in time for the Fourth.
Poolside Pairings was a series of summer food and cocktail events set on Thursday evenings amid the sensuous Pool and Grotto Bar of the Castle Hotel & Spa in Tarrytown. After an absence of a year or so, it’s ba-ack, with DJ Theo Philip Entertainment providing the soundtrack and the Castle, the b and b (bourbon and barbecue) for an Independence Day opener that will also support our servicemen and women as well as veterans. A portion of each $85 ticket purchased will go to Hope for the Warriors, an outreach organization that provides comprehensive support programs for service members, veterans and military families that are focused on the transition to civilian life, wellness, peer engagement and connections to community resources.
Subsequent Pairings will take participants to Mexico (July 11), Tuscany (July 18) and Spain (July 25).
