Just when many are predicting the demise of retail in the era of the coronavirus, Ruby and Jenna comes to the Rye Ridge Shopping Center in Rye Brook.
The 11-year-old Long Island-based company, founded by the mother and daughter duo of Barbara and Jenna Lubel, has opened an almost 2,000-square-foot store filled with fashions for the young and the young at heart.
Erin Hinchey, leasing agent for the shopping center – which contains more than 70 boutiques, eateries, fitness facilities and services – said in a statement: “I met Barbara at an industry function several years ago and we both knew she needed to be here. We could not be more excited to have them here and such great news for retail in general.”
