Summertime and the nail art is, well, maybe not easy but certainly plentiful. Everywhere you go, you see people but particularly young women with long, manicured nails in the brightest of lacquers – especially green, blue and yellow. (Not for them your mother’s and grandmother’s jungle red. Apologies, Clare Booth Luce.) Color is also playing a big role in the tips for the new French manicures, which are traditionally white. And move over, squares and squovals: Pointy nails are back as well.
It all adds up to some “handy” summer fun.
