Armonk Outdoor Art Show is back in-person

To celebrate its return to an in-person gathering this week, the Armonk Outdoor Art Show has an interactive booth in which the community can add to the art.

Inspired by the “obliteration rooms” of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama – like the one at the New York Botanical Garden’s “Kusama: Cosmic Nature” through Oct. 31  – the Armonk Outdoor Art Show features “Create Together,” developed by Create & Associates. Visitors can place “leaf stickers,” reminiscent of the show’s brand icon, on the white-walled interior of the 20-by-10-foot space, thereby contributing to a community artwork.

The show, which takes place Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 25 and 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 205 Business Park Drive, includes works by 160 juried artists.
