Beyond visions of sugarplums

Beyond visions of sugarplums at Pelham Art Center’s Art Boutique

In response to all the craft fair cancellations and as an alternative to traditional holiday shopping comes Pelham Art Center’s Art Boutique (Saturday, Nov. 21 through Dec. 23), with an array of affordable, quality items by local and national artists representing a range of techniques.  The boutique also includes an exhibit of work by emerging and mid-career artists, all priced under $2,500 – a good opportunity for those looking to start or add to a collection.

Artists and artisans include Assembled, Julia Whitney Barnes, Hera Bloom, Ai Campbell, Jeanne Carreau, Charles Clary, Beatrice Coron, Lisa d’Amico, Sami Mordacai Elderazi, Kate Fauvell, Barbara Galazzo, Katy Garry, Alejandra Hernandez, Indievibezs, Kristin Javier, Jo Jayson, Sara Jimenez, Aron Johnston, Lance Johnson, Barry Mason, Christina Massey, Leigh Taylor Mickelson, Charlotte Mouquin, Phushia, Alexis Portilla, Donna Ross, Susan Saas, Jason Schwartz, Manju Shandler, Alexis Trice, and Susan Wortman.

The center will also participate in Small Business Saturday, Nov. 28; a virtual artist reception at 5 p.m. Dec. 3 and a special sale for members Dec. 7 through 12.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays with Small Business Saturday hours until. 6 p.m.
