Carla’s latest

We featured food personality Carla Hall a few months ago, when she was introducing her latest book, “Carla’s Comfort Foods,” at Stew Leonard’s in Yonkers.
Well, the woman who rose to fame on Bravo’s “Top Chef” and is now a host of “The Chew” on ABC never seems to stop.

We here at WAG were happy (tough job, we agree) to sample her latest effort, Carla Hall Petite Cookies.

And they are just that. These are the tiniest – tastiest – treats.

The options range from the sweet (think Mexican chocolate chip or black forest crinkle) to savory (cheddar pecan or goat cheese cranberry).

Packaged in tiny containers and sold individually (from $6.50) or in gift sets (from $12.50), these are not only great to keep on hand when entertaining but also make ideal hostess and, looking ahead, holiday gifts.

As the slogan says, “Small Bite, Big Flavor.”
We agree.
