‘Castles in the sky’

Time for some fantasy designs at Lehman College.

Here’s an exhibit that is utterly impractical, delightfully so. It’s “Castles in the Sky: Fantasy Architecture in Contemporary Art” (at Lehman College Art Gallery through Jan. 26) and it has a special reception Wednesday, Oct. 24 from 5 to 8 p.m.

At the gallery, you’ll find works by 30 Modern and contemporary artists that have been described as “enchanting and inspiring unbuilt (and unbuildable) designs.”

Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. For more, visit lehmangallery.org.
