Alo, the California-based activewear company, has just opened its 14th store, this one in The Westchester in White Plains. The sleek space features even sleeker styles – body-hugging, midriff-baring, peekaboo designs for women and men in neutrals and pale and hot pink. (There are also beauty products that the friendly staff swears by.)
“Alo” stands for air, land and ocean and has a mindfulness component with kid-friendly videos on its website. We’re loving its yoga-centrism as well as its cropped blush tops and pleated Grand Slam tennis skirts – although considering our own figure, we’re going to stick to our bouclé suit dresses, at least for walking.
