To Greenwich’s own Stuart Weitzman, who was honored with The Lifetime Achievement Award for his many successful years as a luxury shoe designer by Footwear News recently at The Museum of Modern Art in Manhattan. Among his many fans/clients around the world is Beyoncé Knowles, who taped a video tribute for the occasion. Weitzman and Beyoncé have collaborated together for years on her performance shoes, so this made the celebratory evening even more special for the designer.
