Live from New York… It’s Giovanni Roselli

Remember Giovanni Roselli from our August “Passion Play” issue?

Well, the actor, fitness coach/author and professional wrestler has kept in touch – and we were more than tickled to hear of one of his latest acting jobs.

Roselli was featured in the season-opening episode of “Saturday Night Live.”

Roselli, a Harrison High School and Sacred Heart University graduate who’s now a fitness coach at Equinox in Greenwich, played a character named RJ in a wedding-themed skit. The segment also featured host/musical guest Miley Cyrus along with SNL cast members Kyle Mooney, Taran Killam, Beck Bennett and fellow Westchester native Bobby Moynihan, who’s from Eastchester.

Congrats to Roselli, who by the way will also be joining the WAG writing staff with the debut of his fitness column in our November issue, which is themed “A Passion for Work.”
