NorthMarq Capital has given $5,000 to Wartburg in Mount Vernon to support wellness programs in its Friedrich affordable senior independent living facility. The grant was spearheaded by Robert Ranieri, managing director of NorthMarq’ s Westchester office. He’s also chairman of the Wartburg board.

In 2018, NorthMarq created a community fund to support organizations that focus on improving access to affordable housing or eradicating homelessness in the markets it serves for commercial real estate financing. This initiative is in alignment with NorthMarq owner, the Pohlad Companies, and its expanded emphasis into these two focus areas.
