Gelato Boy says it doesn’t sacrifice taste and creamy texture in using less fat and sugar.

Gelato Boy has half the fat and less sugar to make room for the good stuff — pistachios, chocolate and raspberries, for starters. Gelato Boy also uses a custom blend of coconut and whole oats to create a dense, dairy-free and vegan experience.
