We’ll share more details as the exhibition opening nears – but wanted to offer a “save-the-date” note for an upcoming exhibition.
“Donald Alter: The Late Work/In Memoriam 1930-2019” will open Jan. 11 at Hudson Beach Glass Gallery in Beacon.
Paintings, drawings and prints will be included in the show devoted to the longtime Hudson Valley artist and active member of the local arts community who died Feb. 16 in Goshen at age 88 after a period of declining health.
An opening reception will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Jan. 11. The gallery is at 162 Main St.
