For the 11th year, HEINEKEN USA is teaming with the City of White Plains and The White Plains Business Improvement District to see that New Year’s Eve celebrants in downtown White Plains ring out the old and ring in the new safely. Under the “New Year, Safe Ride” program, a dedicated fleet of taxis at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and East Post Road will provide complimentary rides home from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. for those 21 and older traveling anywhere in White Plains and throughout Westchester County.
