Goosefeather – which is hosting a “The Goose Is Going South for the Winter” Thanksgiving from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 25, in the King Mansion at the Tarrytown House Estate – gets things rolling with a Fireside “Drinksgiving” the night before. All of the fire pits will be aglow Wednesday Nov. 24, while the bar serves up discounted bottles of wine, a couple of hot cocktails and a seasonal selection of beers and some classic cocktails. Reservations will not be accepted, so availability is first-come, first -served.
