The Breast Cancer Alliance (BCA) and JCC Greenwich are teaming up for a medical symposium, “Taking Action Against Breast Cancer: Genetic Testing, Screening and Lifestyle Prevention” on Monday, May 15 at Old Oaks Country Club in Purchase. The panel, consisting of leading experts in the field, will discuss new discoveries and technology that can play a significant role in improving risk assessment, prevention and early detection for breast cancer. The morning event, for which WAG’s parent company, Westfair Communications, serves as media sponsor, will help inform women about how to take action – for themselves, their daughters, mothers, sisters and friends.
Breakfast is at 9:30 a.m. with the panel and Q & A from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Old Oaks is at 3100 Purchase St.
