Yes, it’s swimsuit season

It’s still early in the spring – but not too early to be shopping for swimsuits.

It’s still early in the spring – but not too early to be shopping for swimsuits, if anecdotal retail evidence is any indication.

Ballard Bikini is made to fit like a dream – and also inspire confidence. And who doesn’t want more confidence when wearing a bikini?  I say,  Bring it on.

Jessica Reed established the Ballard Bikini company in 2018, because she was frustrated with the swimsuits she found in the marketplace.  She told me that she has an athletic build, and that it was frustrating to find any swimwear that was flattering to her figure. So she decided to create her own brand.

The result is an adorable line of bikini tops and bottoms that are created to make you look good and feel good while at the beach or pool. She says, “We are a woman-owned business passionate about creating high-end bikinis that enable women to feel their best, no matter their size, shape or the mirror they’re in front of.”

Even better, for every swimsuit purchased, Reed makes donates10 cents to the R.O.L.E. Foundation, in Bali, Indonesia. The foundation’s mission is to spread awareness of ocean waste, educate governments and communities about zero waste to oceans, build environmental centers and much more.

To support this mission, Ballard Bikini uses recyclable packaging while working with the manufacturer and with customers. When you receive your order, you will find it shipped in a recyclable or compostable mailer with minimal packaging, meaning no extra useless packing materials. – Debbi K. Kickham
