WAG readers are likely familiar with Farrow & Ball, the super-luxe paint and wallpaper brand that traces its roots back to the 1940s.
We profiled the U.K.-based company (and visited its charming Greenwich showroom) with a home-décor story awhile back. It was great hearing all about the company’s historic and artful inspirations from its creative director, Sarah Cole.
Well, Farrow & Ball has kept us up on its moves ever since. In advance of our September “Ragtime” issue – one devoted to fashion – we’re happy to share that Farrow & Ball is participating in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York next month.
Yes, the fashion event of the season.
Farrow & Ball will be filling the IMG Lounge at the prestigious shows, running Sept. 5-12 in Lincoln Center, with its iconic colors.
Farrow & Ball will not only showcase its traditional favorites but also introduce the nine additions to its palette, set to debut nationwide Sept. 9. The lounge itself, a private venue for VIP events, will also incorporate furniture by DwellStudio.
In addition, as “Official Paint Supplier,” the company’s paints and papers will be integrated into all public spaces and tents during the event dedicated to Spring 2014 fashions.
